Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Blue Spark Studio uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, and how you can manage your preferences. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. Introduction

Like most websites, ours uses small data files stored on your device to make the site work properly and, with your permission, to help us understand how visitors use it. This policy describes what those files are and how we use them.

2. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow a site to recognize your device on return visits, remember choices you have made, and collect information about how the site is used.

3. How we use cookies

We use cookies to keep our website secure and functional, to remember your cookie preferences so we don't ask you again on every visit, and, only with your consent, to understand which pages are most useful and to personalize certain content.

4. Types of cookies we use

Our cookie banner lets you control five categories of cookies: essential, functional, analytics, marketing and personalization. Each is described below.

5. Essential cookies

These cookies are necessary for the website to function, such as remembering your cookie consent choice and enabling secure form submissions. Because the site cannot operate properly without them, essential cookies cannot be disabled through our cookie banner.

6. Functional cookies

Functional cookies remember choices you make while browsing, such as progress in a multi-step quote form, so that the site feels consistent across visits. If disabled, some conveniences may not persist between pages.

7. Analytics cookies

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors navigate our website, which pages are most viewed, and where visitors experience difficulty, so that we can improve our content and site structure over time. Data collected is used in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

8. Marketing cookies

Marketing cookies may be used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show more relevant information about our services on other websites you visit. These cookies are only set if you opt in through our cookie banner.

9. Third-party cookies

Some cookies on our site may be set by third-party service providers who help us operate features such as font delivery or, where enabled, analytics and advertising measurement. These providers act under contractual obligations consistent with this policy.

10. Managing your cookie preferences

You can accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or customize your preferences by category at any time using the cookie banner that appears on our website. Your saved choice is stored on your device and applied automatically on future visits, until you change it.

11. How long cookies stay on your device

Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser. Persistent cookies, including the one that stores your cookie preferences, remain on your device for a limited period or until you clear your browser storage, whichever comes first.

12. Browser controls

In addition to our cookie banner, most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Please note that blocking essential cookies at the browser level may affect the functionality of our website.

13. What we store on your device today

At present the only item the site always writes is a local-storage entry called bss-cookie-consent. It records the categories you allowed and when you made the choice, so the banner stays closed while you compare panel sizes, inverter options or battery capacities across pages. It does not contain your name, the address of your country house, roof measurements or any detail from a quote request.

14. Fonts and images served by other providers

Headings and body text use the Space Grotesk and Inter typefaces delivered by Google Fonts, and some installation photographs are loaded from an external image library. These requests share your IP address and browser information with the provider so the files can be delivered. We have not enabled advertising features with either service.

15. Cookies and your survey request

Information you give us when booking a site survey, such as the location of the property, your current power source or the model of an existing generator, is submitted directly to our team and handled under our Privacy Policy. Rejecting optional cookies has no effect on the survey, the quote or the maintenance visits you receive after installation.

16. Updates to this policy

We may revise this Cookie Policy periodically to reflect changes in the cookies we use or in applicable law. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

17. Contact us
